OSHA Compliance involves adherence to a six-point plan

To meet OSHA compliance requirements a facility must provide, and be able to demonstrate, a safety program with defined responsibilities. Secondly, calculations for the degree of arc flash hazard must be done. Finally, correct personal protective equipment for workers must be provided. Four, training for workers on the hazards of arc flash. Fifth, appropriate tools for safe working have to provided. Lastly, warning labels on all equipment must be present.
